A Marietta daycare provider has been charged with trafficking in drugs after allegedly selling Vicodin pills.
Deidra Fouss, 51, of 722 Fifth St., Marietta, was arrested today after a controlled buy in October, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office. The amount of pills purchased exceeds the bulk amount of 30, elevating the crime to a third-degree felony. Fouss is certified through Washington County to provide child care from her residence, but is self employed. At the time of the controlled purchase, the confidential informant observed at least three children inside the residence.
