The Phoenix Mill, which burned down, will be rebuilt as soon as possible. Debris is being cleared away and the mill is expected to be fully operational again by July.
Police suspect that the fire at the Ohio Valley Enameling company was set to cover up a robbery and murder of night watchman Clark Morris.
