Faye Eileen Schafer Forshey, 80, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Thursday (Dec. 27, 2012) at OSU Medical Center in Columbus. Friends may call Sunday (Dec. 30) from 2 to 8 p.m. at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East St., Caldwell, where the funeral service will be observed Monday (Dec. 31) at 10 a.m.
