Charles A. Powell, 73, of Beverly, passed away Sunday morning (Jan. 20, 2013) at his residence. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday (Jan. 25, 2013) at the Church of the Nazarene in Waterford with Karl Kesselring officiating.
