Road etiquette article ignored red light runners

January 25, 2013
The Marietta Times

Not once in the article of Jan. 18 entitled, "Polite Drivers; Turn down the stereo, turn off the high beams," was red running mentioned. The first irritation mentioned was "being behind a driver that does not seem to notice when the light turns green." The article goes on the mention other minor infringements and irritations. But running a red light is not only illegal, it is downright scary and dangerous. Frequency of red runners seems to be increasing.
