The bride-to-be is the daughter of Todd and Carla Kettering of Fleming, Ohio. She is a 2005 graduate of Warren High School and a 2010 graduate of West Liberty University. She is currently working as a Sales Coordinator and Breakfast Supervisor at the Hampton Inn Downtown Louisville, Ky.
The bridegroom is the son of Vanessa D. Riggs-Burba. He is a 2004 graduate of Meade County High School and is a 2008 graduate of Morehead State University. He is currently employed with GE.
An open wedding will be held at 2:30 p.m. on May 18, 2013, at the Marietta First Church of the Nazarene.
