The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for Washington County and surrounding areas through 6:30 p.m. today.
Among the waterways expected to flood is Duck Creek.
Due to high water, the Ohio Department of Transportation is reporting that Ohio 821 in Washington County from Macksburg to the Noble County line has restricted access.
Two sections of Ohio 260 in Noble County, between Ohio 145 and 724 and between 724 and Ohio 78, are closed. Also closed in Noble County is Ohio 564 between Ohio 78 and 124 and Ohio 724 at Ohio 260 in Carlisle.
In Monroe County, Ohio 26 between the Washington County line and Ohio 800 is closed.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office is reporting high water at mile five of Caywood Road and water over the bridge at Whipple Run Road and Kohl Road just off Ohio 821. Water is covering both lanes of Ohio 26 just past Heldman Road and water is nearly on the road on several locations between mile markers 7 and 11 on Ohio 26.

The National Weather Service is predcting that the Ohio River will crest just above 29 feet Saturday. Flood stage is 35 feet.
