Offenberger & White, Inc. (OffWhite) announced today the addition of two Marietta College students to its integrated marketing communications team.
Bobby Schehl, of Caldwell, Ohio, graduated summa cum laude in May with a bachelor's degree in graphic design and a minor in philosophy. At OffWhite Schehl is expanding the company's creative department in support of the Ed.it2 digital marketing platform. He is also optimizing internal processes following the firm's acquisition of the advanced Adobe CC collaboration platform which powers digital publications and interactive communications from a common source. While at Marietta College Schehl was elected to Phi Beta Kappa honorary.
Rebecca Miller, St. Marys, W.Va., is a Marietta College senior fulfilling her internship requirement by documenting and writing video tutorials on the company's Ed.it2 digital marketing modules. She will graduate in May, 2014 with a degree in advertising and public relations, and a minor in journalism.
According to OffWhite CEO Bill White, these additions continue OffWhite's longstanding relationship with Marietta College as a source for high-level talent with a liberal arts background.
"We have close connection to the college, both on and off campus," said White. "Our internship and post-graduate programs, for example, offer the best and brightest students the opportunity for hands-on experience with meaningful projects. In turn, we benefit from young, energetic thinkers who bring a strong liberal arts education into our office, along with their talent for writing, management and design. This model appeals to our technology clients worldwide."
