A Tennessee man was hospitalized Sunday afternoon following a two-motorcycle accident along Ohio 821 in Fearing Township.
Rocky Street, 33, of Church Hill, Tenn., and a friend, Nicholas Lee, 25, of Colegate, Okla., were riding their Harley Davidson motorcycles north on Ohio 821 around 5 p.m. when Street failed to negotiate a curve, crossed in front of Lee's cycle, and ran off the right side of the roadway, according to Trooper Luke Forshey with the Ohio State Highway Patrol's Marietta post.
Street's motorcycle fell onto its side, then slid nearly 100 feet across a field and into a creek. Forshey said Street was apparently ejected from the cycle just before it went over the creek bank. Emergency personnel with Fearing Volunteer Fire Department found Street lying in the field just above the creek.

He was transported to Marietta Memorial Hospital with ankle and back injuries and was listed in stable condition.
Lee's motorcycle also ran off the right side of the road, traveled down an embankment and came to rest in the field. He was not injured and refused transport from the scene.
Lee's cycle sustained some minor damage. Street's vehicle was totaled.
