Mallory Nicole Griffith and Christopher Adam Beck were united in marriage on March 30 at Pine Grove Baptist Church in Parkersburg. Pastor Jim Mike Ward officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Roy and Rebecca Griffith of Harrisville, W.Va. She is the granddaughter of Charles and Marie Mullen of Harrisville, and the late Roy and Clara Mae Griffith of Cornwallis, W.Va. She is a 2007 graduate of Ritchie County High School and a 2011 graduate of West Virginia University at Parkersburg with a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education. She is a human resource assistant for the U.S. Department of Treasury.
The bridegroom is the son of Dru and Tina Beck of Williamstown. He is the grandson of Elizabeth and the late Harold Beck of Williamstown and Ron and the late Sharon Bayles of Williamstown. He is a 2002 graduate of Williamstown High School and a 2006 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting. He received his Master of Professional Accountancy in 2007 from West Virginia University. He is an accountant for the United States Department of Treasury.
The bride, who was escorted by her father, wore a white, tulle ball gown embellished with a beaded belt. She carried a fresh, hand-tied floral bouquet with white and blush peonies, nude and champagne roses, light soft pink roses, lamb's ear, and dusty gray brunnia berries complimented with a white satin ribbon.
Megan Jones, sister of the bride, served as the matron of honor. The bride's attendants included Mallory Wollenberg of Columbus, Tarrah Merrifield of Williamstown, and Jessica Lynch of Elizabeth, W.Va. Attendants also included Tricia Beck and Autumn Beck of Williamstown, sisters of the bridegroom. The bridegroom's niece, Kameron Beck, was a junior bridesmaid. The bridesmaids wore black strapless satin dresses complemented with satin ribbon around the waistline. They carried hand-tied arrangements with white hydrangeas, blush peonies, nude roses, lambs ear, brunnia, and white anemone.
Josh Headley of Charleston, S.C. served as the best man. The bridegroom's attendants included Dru Beck Jr. of Williamstown, Jeff Bayles of Williamstown, Shane Smith of Birmingham, Ala., and Wes Merrifield of Robinson, Ill.
The ring bearer was the nephew to the bride, Dallas Jones. The flower girls included Sadie Mae Jones, niece to the bride, and Gracie Kay Rush, niece to the bridegroom.
Music for the ceremony was provided by the Williamstown High School violin group.
Immediately following the ceremony, guests attended a dinner and dancing reception held at the Marietta Shrine Club in Marietta.
Following the wedding, the couple honeymooned in Montego Bay, Jamaica. They now reside in Williamstown.
