The Microtel Inn & Suites Marietta is proud to announce that it has been recognized with the "Best of Best Top 20 Award" and "Heart of the House Award" by Wyndham hotel brand, placing the hotel among the best in the brand's more than 300 hotel portfolio. Additionally, TripAdvisor awarded the property with its 2013 Certificate of Excellence distinction for exceptional hospitality.
These accolades were presented at the brand's general session at Wyndham's Hotel Group's 2013 Global Conference in Las Vegas last month.
This is the third consecutive year for the Microtel Inn & Suites Marietta to receive the "Best of Best Top 20 Award." To be eligible, a hotel must have contributed to leading the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham brand in performance over the course of the last year, particularly in the areas of revenue, enrollments and guest satisfaction.

The "Heart of the House Award" recognizes a hotel property that leads the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham brand in overall cleanliness and quality assurance scores.

The awards presented by the Wyndham brand are based on quality assurance inspections, guest reviews and TripAdvisor scores.

TripAdvisor's Certificate of Excellence honors hospitality excellence, and is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor. Only the top-performing 10 per cent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award.

To qualify for a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travellers on TripAdvisor, and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.
