Q: What are your expectations, goals for your senior season?
A: In basketball, I'm hoping our team can win 13 or 14 games in the regular season, beat Fort Frye, and hopefully get to district finals or regional semifinals in the tournament.
In indoor track, I'm hoping to qualify for state, and in outdoor track I'm hoping to qualify for state in three events, break three school records, and get All-State honors.
Q: What are some of the sports highlights that stand out during your prep career?
A: Winning the TVC (Tri-Valley Conference) as an individual and the district in cross country.
Also, going to the (Ohio University) CONVO in basketball in the district semifinals.
Q: What is your favorite sport, and do you plan to compete at the college level?
A: My favorite sport is cross country. I have met so many great people from running cross country. I have gotten in extremely great shape from running so much, and it is physically the hardest sport there is, which makes it a challenge.
I do plan on running in college.
Q: Who has impacted or influenced you the most during your prep career?
A: I have based most of my life goals on my brother Cody. He went through high school with a 4.0 GPA, was an honorable mention all-state football player, honorable mention all-state basketball player, a state qualifier in track, Wendy's high school Heisman State Winner, frequent volunteer in the community, and a leader of many organizations. Basically, I've been chasing the marks he's set for me.
Q: Do you have any other interests outside of sports?
A: Watching sports, playing video games, social media, eating and going on vacation.
