Funeral home pays tribute to those lost
Hadley Funeral Home will hold a Service of Remembrance at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Reno chapel, 1021 Pike St., Marietta. The service will be in memory of all those they served in 2013. There will be a brief program and each family will receive an ornament with their loved one's name and dates of birth and death. All community members are welcome to attend. Light refreshments will be served.
Breakfast with Santa in Reno
Breakfast with Santa will be held from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Reno Volunteer Fire Department, 250 Cornerville Road. Breakfast includes pancakes and sausage. The cost is a donation.
Dulcimer group presents program
There will be a special presentation of Christmas music by the dulcimer group "Keepin' Time" at 7 p.m. Sunday at Warren Chapel United Methodist Church. The program will also include congregational singing. In case of inclement weather, the program will be canceled.

Fearing House holiday event
The Christmas Open House at the Henry Fearing House Museum, 131 Gilman Ave., Marietta, will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday and 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday. The O'Neill Center Senior Singers will sing carols and there will be light refreshments.
First Baptist offers community lunch
The Singles and Doubles Class of the First Baptist Church will offer its Caring and Sharing Free Community Lunch from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the church, 301 Fourth St., Marietta.
Seniors luncheon set for Reno
The Marietta Township senior luncheon will be held at 11:30 a.m. Dec. 19 at the Marietta Township Recreation Center, 260 Sandhill Road, Reno. Those attending are asked to bring a covered dish. The meat, drink and table service will be provided. This luncheon is open to all senior citizens.

Harmar Rowing club hosts open house
The Harmar Rowing Club, Inc. will host an open house from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Broughton boat house on Gilman Avenue in Marietta. The event is a part of the 50th anniversary celebration of rowing at Marietta High School. All community members are welcome to attend.
