Betty Jane Graham

Betty Jane Graham of Columbus, passed away, December 13, 2013 at Brown Memorial Home in Circleville. Betty was born on June 8, 1933, in Groveport, Ohio to the late Ralph and Margaret (Reef) Beck. She retired in 1994 from AT&T as a telephone operator. A 1951 graduate of Lancaster High School, she enjoyed attending her class reunions through the years.

Predeceased by parents; sisters, Lois Beck, Mary Justus, and JoAnn Henwood, and former husband, Frederick Lee Graham. Survived by children, Dawn (Jim) Parker of Circleville; Richard (Sue) Graham of Houston, Julia (Mark) Wharton of Marietta, and Randall Graham (fiancee Janice Croswell) of Columbus; grandchildren, Ashley Parker (fiancee Matthew Bentley), Adam (Alisa) Parker, Joseph Graham, Richard T. Graham, Stephanie (Travis) Pratt, Jennifer (Shawn) Hinton, Graham (Cindy) Cochran, Jacob Zide, and Kevin Zide; great-grandchildren, Kylee Williams, Graham J. Cochran, Landon Graham, Andersen Parker, Ava Parker, Wyatt Pratt, Palmer Pratt, Alexander Hinton, Aaliyah Enoch, Alexis Armstrong, and Kartyr Armstrong; sister-in-law, Anne Turner of Lima; brother John (Jean) Beck of Lancaster, numerous special nieces, nephews, and friends.

We will forever remember her delicious holiday meals, family gatherings in her home, cheering for the OSU Buckeyes, her love of collecting reindeer, pigs, and owls through the years, and being the family's official photographer. Mom, Grandma, Aunt, Sister, and friend - we leave you with our "Traces of Love", and will always think of you when we hear your favorite song. Our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful care received from the staff of Brown Memorial Home and Berger Hospice.

Visiting hours will be Wednesday, December 18, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., Columbus, Ohio where the funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, December 19, 2013. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memory Garden in Lancaster.
