Betty's family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Haney and the entire staff of The Forum including SchRhonda who always made sure she got her shakes as well as companions Amber and Mary.

Betty did not know a stranger in her lifetime and was the epitome of a "southern belle". Her hospitality and graciousness left a lasting impression upon all who had the pleasure of meeting her.
