Patricia Mae "Pati" Hubbard Hancock, 62, of Duncanville, Texas (formerly of New Matamoras), passed away Sunday (March 16, 2014) at Methodist Charlton Hospital.
She was born Sept. 24, 1951, in Marietta, Ohio, to Thomas W. and Ethel (Earley) Hubbard. She was a 1969 graduate of Frontier High School.
She is survived by her husband, James Hancock; daughter, Renee (James) Williams of Austin, Texas; son, Billy (Michelle) Hamilton of Buda, Texas; four grandsons, Cody and Logan Grier and Garrett and Wesley Hamilton. In addition, she's also survived by brothers, Emmett (Ellen) Hubbard of Broad Brook, Conn., and Thomas (Tammy) Hubbard of Lancaster, Ohio; sisters, Mary Longfellow of Byron, Ga., and Joyce (Darell) Spears of New Matamoras; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her maternal grandparents, Harold and Jessie Earley; and a niece, Christine Hubbard.
As requested, no viewing or service being held, but family and friends are invited to the New Matamoras Presbyterian Church on Saturday (March 29, 2014) at 1 p.m. for lunch and to share memories.
