John M. Henrie II, 48, of 805 Fifth St., was arrested Monday for OVI . Henrie was taken to headquarters where he tested .284 percent blood alcohol content and was released to a sober individual.
Sandra J. Pidgeon, of Jerusalem, reported a theft Monday of $300 at 802 Wayne St. The money was returned and no charges were filed.
Kelsey Schaad, 20, of 2031 Camp Hervida Road, Waterford, reported Friday that her wallet was stolen while she left it briefly unattended on the counter of a convenience store in Waterford that afternoon. The individual who took the wallet subsequently contacted Schaad and claimed she took the wallet by mistake. The alleged suspect returned the wallet and its original contents to Schaad later that day.
A deputy responded Friday to a family dispute on Federal Road in Little Hocking but determined the incident was only a verbal argument between two sisters over the division of their ailing mother's belongings. The case was closed as unfounded.
Julie L. Coe, 54, of 1110 Moody Ridge Road, Vincent, was arrested Friday for disorderly conduct by intoxication. Coe was intoxicated when she arrived at an acquaintance's home on Moody Ridge Road and began banging on a window.
Henry N. Benedict, 34, of 1481 Benedict Road, Fleming, reported Friday that he found fresh damage in one of his fields where the driver of an unknown vehicle was doing donuts.
A deputy and the Warren Fire Department were dispatched Sunday to a fire outside Eveready Battery at 2036 Blue Knob Road, Marietta. Employees at the company noticed smoke emanating from a dumpster that morning and attempted to extinguish it but were unsuccessful. The fire's origin does not appear to be suspicious in nature and could have been caused by an exploding used aerosol can.
Victoria Henthorn, 29, of 865 Dodd Run Road, Marietta, reported Sunday that her live-in partner, Kristin Noland, 23, slapped her in the face and destroyed items throughout the home before fleeing. A deputy requested a warrant for Noland on a charge of domestic violence.
A deputy responded Sunday to the scene of death of an 88-year-old Lower Salem resident. The woman's death appears to be due to natural causes; no foul play is suspected.

Corey P. Pryor, 20, of 90 Mitchell Drive, Newport, was arrested Friday for safecracking, theft of drugs and for two counts of burglary, all felonies.
John S. Bishop, 37, of 5020 State Route 60, Marietta, was arrested Friday for theft, a felony.
Jason R. Asikainen, 41, of 16 Christopher Circle Searcy, Ark., for felony and misdemeanor counts of theft. Asikainen was picked up at the White County, Ark. Jail and processed into the Washington County Jail Friday.
Larry G. Thompson Jr., 31, of 231 E. Faye Ave., Marietta, was arrested Friday for aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor.

Deanna M. Bunner, 36, of 1572 Elizabeth St. Apt. B, Belpre, was arrested Saturday for being a fugitive from justice, a felony.
Jared B. Casdorph, 32, of 105 Morningside Drive, Elkview, W.Va., was arrested Saturday for possession of drugs, a felony.
Jeffrey C. Mullins, 28, of 150 Morningside Drive, Elkview, W.Va., was arrested Saturday for felony and misdemeanor charges of possession of drugs.
Heather B. Graham, 27, of 105 Morningside Drive, Elkview, W.Va., was arrested Saturday for a felony charge of trafficking in drugs and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug abuse instrument.
Kassie M. Cress, 44, of 9085 State Route 550, Vincent, was arrested Sunday for OVI, a misdemeanor.
Tiffany D. Cone, 30, of 58 Cherry St., Sistersville, W.Va., was arrested Sunday for disorderly conduct by intoxication.
