The Marietta Times

On behalf of Ann Amash, and the family of Charles A. Thomas, I would like to thank Anthony Adornetto, staff to Lt. Col. Bill Johnson, R-Ohio (6th Congressional District), and especially George Wolfred, Commander of Honor Guard, VFW Post 5108, for their exemplary efforts in providing military honors on April 26 at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, for our Dad's memorial service. Also, we would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to everyone in Marietta for collectively sharing their kind, caring, compassionate ways to Charlie, and to all of his family. Again, thanks for all of the genuine quality of goodness that the city of Marietta has to offer.
