Twila J. Martin, 39, of 101 Del Ray Court, was arrested Saturday for OVI and failure to maintain marked lanes in the 400 block of Pike Street. She tested .088 percent blood alcohol content and was jailed.
Ashley N. Cline, 25, of 106 Wood St., was arrested Sunday for disorderly conduct by intoxication in the 200 block of Greene Street and taken to jail.

Jon L. Barker, 23, of 126 Walker St., Marietta, was arrested Tuesday on three warrants for failure to appear.
Witnesses outside the Outpost bar on Ohio 550 reported Saturday that a male and a female were involved in an altercation in the parking lot. During the brawl, the assailant, Debra L. Williams, 20, of 218 Pennsylvania Ave., Marietta, repeatedly struck, bit and scratched her date for the evening, Russell S. Burkhammer, 41, of 1023 Third St., Marietta. Deputies noticed Williams appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and fell to the ground several times. Williams was uncooperative and refused the attempts to handcuff her. Williams was charged with underage consumption of alcohol, resisting arrest and assault. She refused a blood alcohol test.
Deputies assisted the Highway Patrol Saturday at an incident taking place at 27805 State Route 7, Marietta. The patrol was dealing with Trent L. Addlesberger, 19, of 139 Stouts Run Road, St. Marys, W.Va., who was involved in an altercation with his girlfriend. Addlesberger had been consuming alcohol and threw a number of items from inside the vehicle at his girlfriend. Addlesberger was arrested for underage consumption of alcohol and disorderly conduct by intoxication. At the scene, Addlesberger tested .142 percent blood alcohol content.
A deputy requested a summons Sunday for Robert Piggott, 43, of 3740 Braun Road, Belpre, for violating the terms of a protection order. The previous day a witness observed Piggott riding his bike in a business that he is forbidden from entering because of an active protection order against him.
Briana M. Moran, 22, of 3034 State Route 339, Belpre, reported Sunday she was involved in a minor fray with the father of her child during a custody exchange at her residence that morning. Moran was grabbed by the shirt and retaliated by slapping her child's father but commented that she did not fear for her safety during the incident. The case was closed as unfounded.
Neil A. Kuhn, 71, of 55 Beardsley Road, Lowell, was mowing his yard near a pond Sunday when his riding mower began sliding in wet grass and slipped into the pond, trapping him in the water. The Lowell Police Chief responded and was able to keep Kuhn's head above the water until additional assistance arrived. Kuhn was transported to Marietta Memorial Hospital by the L-A Fire Department where he received treatment for hypothermia and any pond water that he may have ingested into his lungs. He was kept overnight for observation.
Alexis Madary, 36, reported Sunday that she recently learned an unknown suspect(s) entered her vacationing parents' home on Welch Road in Little Hocking. Madary believes a section of copper pipe was stolen from a bedroom but was unsure if any other property was stolen.
Jo E. Berry, 23, of 870 Rubrake Road, Fleming, was cited Sunday for driving under a suspended license.
Gena D. Stalford, 50, of 2053 Laurel Ridge Road, Lowell, reported Monday that sometime between April 30 and May 2 an unknown suspect(s) stole two 14-foot aluminum step ladders from her property. Stalford estimated the ladders had a value of $600.
David M. Hawkins, 75, of 1740 Payne Hill Road, Lower Salem, reported Monday that at some point during the past two weeks an unknown suspect(s) removed the radiators from six junk vehicles on his property.
Travis Westfall, 37, reported Monday that he believes his former renters at 1902 Sandhill Road, Marietta, may have stolen the central air conditioner unit when they vacated the residence. The approximate cost to replace the unit is $5,000.
