Steven D. Fulton, 61 and homeless, was arrested Wednesday on a Municipal Court warrant for disorderly conduct by intoxication.
Christopher A. Sciance, 24, of 112 Maple St. Apt. 1, was arrested Wednesday in the 100 block of Montgomery Street for disorderly conduct by intoxication, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers responded to Montgomery Street on a report of a man trying to fight people in the trailer court. Sciance was found to be very drunk and had in his possession a small amount of marijuana, a digital scale, and a marijuana pipe.
Scott L. Carpenter, 52, of 413 Third St., was arrested Wednesday in the 500 block of Front Street for disorderly conduct by intoxication after he was found driving a riding mower erratically down the sidewalk. Carpenter was given a breath test and tested .075 percent blood alcohol content.
Penny A. Lane, 62, of 2353 Meadowview Drive, Parkersburg, was arrested Wednesday for theft at Walmart after she stole $162.81 worth of merchandise by switching price tags and paying a lower price. Lane was taken to headquarters where she confessed to the theft and was released on a personal recognizance bond.
Talon D. Feucht, 19, of 852 Greene St. Apt. 3, was arrested on a Municipal Court warrant for failing to appear for a probation appointment and admitting to using marijuana.
Cody A. Mugrage, 24, of 25 Radabaugh Road, Marietta, was arrested Saturday for aggravated burglary and domestic violence. Mugrage traveled to the home of the mother of his children at 2145 Hanna Road, Marietta, and kicked the front door off its hinges. Mugrage shoved Samantha Smith, 26, to the floor and destroyed her phone when she tried to phone for help. Neighbors intervened and pulled Mugrage away from Smith. Mugrage had reportedly said earlier in the day that he was going to go to Smith's residence to hurt her. Smith stated she feared for her safety and that had her neighbors not intervened Mugrage would have killed her.
Brian Valentine, 34, of 900 Ferry St., Beverly, reported Monday that sometime overnight an unknown suspect(s) forced open the door to his kitchen and stole six beers, approximately $150 and a .45 handgun.
Terrence D. Roddy, 43, of 785 Warrior Drive, Vincent, reported Tuesday that he believes his neighbor stole two diesel truck batteries from his property at some point during the past day. Roddy said his neighbor, Reginald Pumphrey, 42, of 815 Warrior Drive, has a particular gait, and the suspect he observed on his surveillance camera matches Pumphrey's description and gait. Pumphrey acknowledged selling two batteries to a scrap yard but did not have a response when the deputy mentioned he was caught on video. Pumphrey was arrested for theft.
