A Marietta man was arrested Wednesday after photos and videos of children engaged in sexual activities were found on two of his computers.
Steven C. Kehl, 44, of 625 Bramblewood Heights Road, was charged with a fourth-degree felony count of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor.
He remains in the Washington County Jail pending a court appearance today.
According to a release from the Washington County Sheriff's Office, Kehl turned his computers in to the sheriff's office in May and said he felt guilty looking at the images. When questioned, Kehl said he had viewed child pornography on the Internet on the computers numerous times between 2006 and 2012.
If found guilty of the fourth-degree felony, Kehl could face a sentence of six to 18 months in jail and a $5,000 fine.
