Jewelry by Design, at 256 Front St., reported Monday the theft of a red coral pendant.
Officers responded Monday to a report of a bomb threat at the Arbors, at 400 Seventh St. Officers searched the building and a bomb dog was used to sniff. No devices were found.

A deputy issued citations to Donavan L. Suttle, 26, of 932 B Swann St., Parkersburg, on Friday for driving under a suspended license and for possession of marijuana. Stopping Suttle near the intersection of Putnam and Front streets for having an expired registration, the deputy observed two small bags of marijuana on the floorboard of the vehicle.
A deputy requested summonses on Tuesday for Donald Bartimus, 34, and Ruth Bartimus, 60, both of 2346 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent, for failure to confine/restrain a dog. Two of Ruth Bartimus' boxer dogs and Donald Bartimus' boxer were running loose on Monday and attacked a Bassett hound that a neighbor was dog-sitting for a friend. The neighbor witnessed the attack and observed the three boxers bite and shred the Bassett hound's body. The dog warden officially designated the Bartimus' three dogs as "Dangerous" and informed them how to obtain a "Dangerous Dog" certificate.

Jeremy John McFall, 35, of New Matamoras, was arrested Tuesday for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor.
Paul David Mayle, 50, of 20729 Sharps Run Road, Stewart, was arrested Tuesday for obstructing official business, failure to appear, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drugs, all misdemeanors.
Casey Troy Carpenter, 18, of 186 Main St., Lowell, was arrested Wednesday for underage consumption of alcohol and disorderly conduct by intoxication, both misdemeanors.
