Mason M. Ruse, 18, of 100 Kenwood Ave., was arrested Monday at Cashland, at 703 Pike St., for receiving stolen property.
Zachary J. M. Heath, 21, of 523 Green Valley Road, Cameron, W.Va., was arrested Tuesday at 111 Cullen Road on a fugitive from justice warrant from West Virginia.
Kimberly D. Eddy, 28, of Ridge Street, advised Tuesday she was accidentally cut on the arm by Adam Farley, of 300 Alderman St., Lot 8, at his residence as he was attempting to cut himself. Eddy was taken to Selby Hospital for treatment and Farley was taken to Marietta Memorial Hospital for a mental evaluation.
Jennifer M. Sarbro, 34, of 36036 State Route 260, Graysville, was arrested Wednesday at Walmart for theft. Sarbro walked out of the store without paying for $156.07 of merchandise. Sarbro was released on a personal recognizance bond.
Leah M. Smith, of 127 Euclid Place, reported Wednesday that her home was entered and copper pipe was taken.
Brian J. Isner, 27, of 108 Oakview Drive, was arrested Wednesday for OVI in the 400 block of Fort Harmar Drive. Isner was taken to headquarters where he tested .129 percent blood alcohol level.

A neighbor reported Monday observing three unknown suspects with flashlights walking around a vacant residence owned by Martha Henthorn, 63, at 5785 State Route 26, Marietta. The neighbor said the suspects did not enter the residence but did enter an old barn owned by Ralph Long, 83, at 5645 State Route 26. No property appears to be missing at this time.
Jerry L. Ford, 64, of 285 Belavista Drive, Marietta, reported Monday he was traveling on Bramblewood Heights Road when he felt his vehicle strike something that was across the roadway near the intersection of Greenbrier Circle. Ford found fishing line wrapped around the spoiler of his Pontiac Grand Prix. After the collision, a nearby female informed Ford that a 12-year-old Greenbrier Circle resident was responsible for running the fishing line across the roadway. A deputy requested a summons for the 12-year-old to appear in Juvenile Court on a charge of delinquency by criminal damaging.
A resident on Sandhill Road reported Monday that she routinely sees a neighbor's children playing outside unsupervised and in a nearby creek. The neighbor said she has fed the three children on multiple occasions in the past and stated they appear to be malnourished. When a deputy arrived at the scene, the children were playing in the roadway of their trailer court. Inside the children's home, their mother was asleep in her room and the individual in charge of monitoring the children was asleep on a couch. The deputy counseled the children's mother and forwarded this case to Children's Services for follow-up.

Derrill King Jr., 24, of 9383 Dixie St., Redford, Mich., for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. King was picked up in Michigan and processed into the Washington County Jail Monday.
Dustin G. Haas, 23, of 8251 Church St., New Marshville, for theft, burglary and receiving stolen property, all felonies. Haas was picked up at the Southeast Ohio Regional Jail and processed into the Washington County Jail Monday.
Paul W. Hendershot III, 22, of 40 Fourth Ave., New Matamoras, was arrested Monday for violating the terms of his probation, a felony.
Tommie E. Schreffler, 26, of 150 Camelot Road Lot 23, Belpre, was arrested Monday for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor.
Sean W. Smith, 24, of 407 Eighth St. Lot 6, Belpre, was arrested Tuesday for two felony counts of trafficking in drugs.

Ashley R. Curry, 35, of 116 Canterbury Drive, Parkersburg, was arrested Wednesday for a felony charge of possession of drugs and misdemeanor charges of operating a vehicle without a license and for driving on the left side of the roadway.
