The Warren Fire Department transported a 34-year-old Marietta resident to Marietta Memorial Hospital Thursday for treatment for a drug overdose. The victim was reportedly acting crazy and subsequently lapsed into unconsciousness at a friend's home. Emergency room personnel said the victim had elevated opiate, benzodiazepine and alcohol levels and had to be sedated because she was being combative. The victim should fully recover.
Cheryl D. Wilson, 27, of 2888 Brownrigg Road, Waterford, reported Thursday that her husband, Deryl, 44, had been consuming alcohol at bars throughout the evening and when she confronted him about his drinking that night, Deryl slapped her. A deputy requested a warrant for Deryl and later arrested him for domestic violence.
Stephanie J. Davis, 38, of 867 Ridgeback Hill Road, Fleming, reported Thursday that sometime overnight an unknown suspect(s) entered her unlocked vehicle and stole $20, 21 Xanax pills and 12 Focalin pills.
Leroy E. Skinner, 75, of 8225 Muskingum River Road, Lowell, reported Friday that he recently learned an unknown suspect used his Social Security number to file an Ohio income tax return.

Paul A. Simon, 36, of 2335 Newbury Road, Little Hocking, was arrested Thursday for domestic violence and aggravated menacing, both misdemeanors.
Deryl E. Wilson Jr., 44, of 2888 Brownrigg Road, Waterford, was arrested Thursday for domestic violence and for violating the terms of his probation, both misdemeanors.
Susan R. Harvey, 40, of 11722 State Route 555, Cutler, was arrested Thursday for aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor.
Ryan E. Carpenter, 19, of 708 Front St. Apt. 17, Marietta, was arrested Friday for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor.
Aaron R. Fulton, 28, of 205 E. Montgomery St., Marietta, was arrested Friday for theft, a misdemeanor.
