Jamie Lee Littleton II, 21, of 6850 State Route 821, Whipple, was arrested in the 800 block of Front Street Saturday for OVI. Littleton was taken to headquarters where he tested .143 BAC.
Christopher Gray Pearson, 46, of 240 Hillcrest Drive, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct by Intoxication at 219 Putnam St. Saturday and was taken to jail.
Charles Raymond Cody Miller, 18, of 910 Caywood Road, was arrested at 922 Front St. Saturday for three counts of corrupting another with drugs and one count of drug abuse after he gave three juvenile girls K-2. Miller was taken to jail.
Shannon Marie Lang, 34, of 355 Bowersock Road, Reno, was arrested for a probation violation Saturday at 328 Pike St. and was taken to jail.
A 21-year-old Lancaster, Pa. female reported Sunday she had been sexually assaulted by a male known to her. The investigation is ongoing.
Ali Martin, 25, of 101 Stonecrest Drive, reported Sunday that she was assaulted by a 21-year-old female known to her at Speedway, 100 N Seventh St.
An officer investigated a report of a cat being left in a car at K-Mart Sunday for about an hour. The cat was taken from the vehicle and appeared to be OK.
Brittany Ann Diebel, 18, of 801 Kerns Drive, Bolvar, was arrested Monday for theft at Krogers after she stole a tube of Orajel Creme valued at $6.96. Diebel was taken to jail.
Damon Christopher Brubaker, 40, of 418 Reid Road, Owensboro, Ky. was arrested Monday in the 800 block of Pike Street for theft and receiving stolen property and was taken to jail.
Philip A. Eagle, 48, of 1105 Veto Road, Vincent, reported Saturday that his wife's son recently stole a generator from his garage. The suspect admitted taking the generator and selling it in order to purchase heroin, but despite her husband's wishes his mother was adamant that she did not want to press charges against her son. Since the generator was marital property, a deputy will consult the Washington County Prosecutor's Office to determine if charges are warranted in the case.
Ralph J. Smith, 60, of 247 Fairway Drive, Beverly, reported Saturday that on more than one occasion during the past few months items were stolen from two buildings on property he owns at 591 Coryhill Road, Waterford. The stolen items include wrought iron, mounted animal heads, a lantern, deer feeder parts and a lawn chair.
The Little Hocking Volunteer Fire Department transported a 29-year-old Belpre resident to Marietta Memorial Hospital's Belpre emergency room Monday for treatment for a prescription drug overdose. The victim ingested between 10 and 15 of her prescription pills and stated she caused herself to regurgitate the pills a short time later. The victim is expected to fully recover.
