be so anti -freedom and anti-living wage is just nutty !For the life of me I cant fathom how the righties here can harbor such hate against a organization that has benefited almost all working americans ! Through the efforts of unions there are things like child labor laws, 40 hr work week, insurance, sick pay, increased safety,vacations , and the list goes on and on ! Why cant these weak-minded brain-washed "people" understand that without union struggles we would all still be working 80hr weeks ,6 days a week for nearly nothing ! Thats not democracy thats still slavery !

Wow , what a line of crap !! So I suppose this is your new "go to" website ! Well thats their opinion as idiotic as it is !Unions are still the line in the sand for the safety of workers ! And unions assure workers rights and keep businesses from taking advantage of workers ! I think the history of unions tells the true story ! Well thats just your opinion and just about what I'd expect from a republican ! No#1 : there are NO "FAT CATS ", just officers of the international doing their job and being compesated for it ! Like I said , when compared to even a small company's CEO they are dramatically under paid ! And if the owner shut your plant down well thats his fault for not willing to compromise , much like the obstuctionist republican house !And jsut which businesses do you think were the first to be outsourced ? You can deny deflect all you want but there is a republican war on labor !

Every working person has a choice either to A: work at a union shop or B: work at a non-union shop !And as far as wrongriki's "fat cats" there is no such thing only officers in the union who are in charge !IE: president , vice president etc ! And by comparison to a CEO of even a small company they are underpaid !Most have high degrees and could make alot more money in the private sector but choose to try to advance the rights of american workers!

So far I've heard nothing about failure to protect anything ! The union is in place and times are tough for all ! We've had to give concessions just like the rest of america, and all the while more and more companies out-source union jobs !Just what do you expect the union to do ?
