"Union fat-cats...myth or reality?"

So...you think labor unions are run by cigar chomping "Union Fat Cats", who receive outrageous salaries and benefits, while living a life of luxury comparable to Saudi Arabian Princes, lording their unrestrained power over the entire United States of America... all on the backs of the union-enslaved workers they represent. Here's your chance to prove it.

good afternoon Stilhere. the unions act like fleas looking for the healthiest and financially flush dog to infest. the public service sector is the prize IMO. once they have totally infiltrated the hired and elected positions within federal, state and local governements, the cash and control cow will theirs for the milking and subsequent guttering. but hey ....what do i know...i ain't never been in one. there are strange bedfellows all around. Bill Clinton and NAFTA....one big s ucking sound providing cover for another big s ucking sound.

OWO...union workers are just numbers to them as well...it's proven each time an election or contract agreement comes around.

OWO... I appreciate your honesty and candor in your answer to my question. I am sure that you are well aware that there is more involved for a business to even get to the point where your experience would even be needed. Whether one likes to admit it or not...we are all in the same game with shifting rules and shiftier people to deal with. It's not a good product if corruption, coercion, intimidation and political payoffs are required to sell it.

good morning Stillhere... he is not avoiding but simply contemplating....big difference. i noticed where a judge reinstated the unions ability to collect dues from non-members in Illinois. not surprising and i frankly wondered why it took so long.

Now share with me your vast experience in business which allows you to have the skewed opinions you have...it appears that one must have been in something to have an opinion on a subject. Shall you abide by your own criteria?

OWO...and yours isn't? What I personally spout is based on fact...any coincidence with republican or democratic ideals or talking points is not by design or parroting. You have the right to view them in any light you wish. There have been many improvements for workers by union involvement as well as without. I have yet to find one post of yours that it critical of the unions and their less than tasteful activities. Your "blind eye Harry Reid" approach kills what credibility you may have as being impartial on the subject.

OWO..to answer your earlier burning question...1.Too smart to join a union. 2. Saw a better direction for my life. 3. Relished the freedom to make my own decision without coercion. Make no mistake...I was heavily courted to join and stay employed. It just wasn't my cup of tea.your unions and their representatives create the impressions of the organization to those that have not been corrupted by their indoctrination. Blame your unions actions and members for the bad press.

If moderation was referring to me about y he sleeping in...I must correct him in that I was actually up at about 3:45 this morning with coffee in mid-drip. I thought it would be nice to not see my name so early and see where the conversations would go.

Didn't Emperor Obama and The Squaw Warren proudly proclaim that "you did not get that dumb by yourself". We did that for you, with our propaganda and education system.
