"Union fat-cats...myth or reality?"

So...you think labor unions are run by cigar chomping "Union Fat Cats", who receive outrageous salaries and benefits, while living a life of luxury comparable to Saudi Arabian Princes, lording their unrestrained power over the entire United States of America... all on the backs of the union-enslaved workers they represent. Here's your chance to prove it.

"Wv turns red thanks to Obama"

If the information I found is sound, WV is dominated still by Dems.

612,000 are Dems

353,000 are Republicans

Simply voting for a Republican in a few Presidential elections does not make a state Red.

The WV House of Reps and Senate have a Democrat majority.

Debunking the ‘war on coal,’ take two The AP gets it right the second time around By Curtis Brainard #### If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again. Such was The Associated Press’s approach this month to explaining the so-called ‘war on coal’ that conservative spin doctors have been peddling throughout the presidential campaign.

Just keep on drinking that republican kool-ade ! Problem is all those trees keep you from seeing the forest !

The real problem facing the Republican Party’s mantra today is that the coal industry itself says that there is no war on coal, and they are behind the President’s plan, albeit with slight reluctance, to reduce carbon emissions from plants and invest more money into so-called “clean coal” technology.

Boehner has fallen into the “those who don’t understand history are doomed to repeat it” trap. As it turns out, the coal industry and their lobbying groups have already admitted that the 2012 “war on coal” talking point was an abject failure.

A spokesman for the National Mining Association recently lamented the following in the industry publication “Coal Age” (courtesy of The Huffington Post):

Anyway, ‘war on coal’ never resonated with much conviction among ordinary Americans. For them, the EPA keeps the air and water clean, their kids safe.

Fact : Retirement of coal fired power stations has been in the pipeline for decades ! I can see that when your proven to be wrong you get a bit testy tiredbrain ! Look up the facts and get it right before trying to pump a load of horse manure here !Facts are there is NO WAR ON COAL just your republican propaganda leading you around by the nose ! By the way , it's your ignorance that on display for all to see !

Ohwiseone

Oh wait , and that's a FACT , SORRY !

More republican crappola and tiredbrain drinks the kool-ade ! Surprise ! Do you ever actually look things up or do you just blindly repeat what you hear from your republican propaganda ? The phasing out of fossil fuels has been on the books for years , time just ran out !Power generating stations were supposed to use the time they got from buying pollution credits to up-grade to clean coal but instead they screwed the pooch and ran them till the time limits ran out !Now just what do you suppose the politics of the owners of these power plants is ! I'll give you 2 guesses and the first one doesn't count !
