Daily breaking news and news the liberal media doesn't want you to know, won't report, or just daily news issues.

Americans for many years have had to rely on left leaning biased news reporting from liberal media such as NBC, ABC, and CBS and the New York Times. As most of these outlets struggle to remain on the air and in print, the new media is flourishing and people are hearing both sides of the issues. This forum will provide people with a place to discuss daily news issues of any kind or discuss articles not printed or aired by the liberal news outlets.

BobBarker.... if that is true, why would you imply such a falsehood as justification for your assessment of her intelligence?

BobBarker, perhaps you should not base your political commentary on SNL skits as it may question your level of intelligence

BobBarker...lines at wal-mart...lines to vote...lines for healthcare...so what. thats what absentee ballots are for. perhaps you may wish to prompt your lawmakers to allow voting to begin while you are in the polling booth for any current election. just pull the lever for all future democrats or republicans...for say...oh the next 10 years. that will negate the need to stand in any pesky lines....gotta go...there is a line forming for a sale at Guitar Center.

thanks due to an X-Box and curiosity: A 12-year-old schoolboy who raped his seven-year-old sister after he watched hardcore **** on the internet has walked free from court. Social workers will now work with the youngster to return him to the family home in the coming months. Blackburn Youth Court heard the boy had viewed *********** in the company of his friends before he gained ”a desire to try it out”. He committed a number of sexual offences against his sister between March and May last year but the matters did not come to light until last autumn. The boy, now aged 13, pleaded guilty to one count of rape, two counts of indecent assault and one count of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity. In a statement, the offender said he was ”disgusted” with his actions and promised it would not happen again. Sentencing him, District Judge James Prowse said he thought it ”highly improbable” that the boy would reoffend in this way as he followed the recommendations of a Youth Offendin

asknot...i will agree with you on the reason for non-compliance and that the penalty is subjective at best. hopefully, more documents reflecting information of public record will be digitalized and readily available within a reasonable amount of time after request. Snowden broke law and i assume his confidentiality agreement. while i think that the information he released verified what many dismissed as rumors or even conspiracy theories, it was still wrong for him to do it the way he did. one can only imagine what would be revealed if the current and past Presidents pulled a Snowden. it would be infinately better than an issue of the National Enquirer! although fred dismisses them as a reputable source of information...they are accurate and on point.

asknot, what should the penalty be for government witholding the requested information simply because it would be too burdensome for them to comply? i agree that the requestor should be required to pay for the reproduction, but i do understand that the person intended to "scam" them out of the money. but instead i think it also showed that the government, other than national security, should be able to deny public information requests. it is the price of freedom...is it not?

asknot, with the advancement of technology, every document should be available in digital form and accessable as required by the freedom of information act. while i am certain that the person requested the information just to be a nuisance, i think it was well within their rights. the freedom of information act does not, to my knowledge, require you to justify why you request it or even how you will use the requested information. i hope you will agree with that sentiment.

asknot, it has gotten to the point where it is almost not worth it to have to deal with the public with any transaction. that lawsuit is the type of lunacy that makes my head explode. logic nor sanity has found a home in those type of people. while i admit there are justifiable lawsuits as well as deserved restitution, many are of the frivilous and "get a grip on life" wastes of valuable time. the problem with most that bring on the lawsuits is that they have zero tangible assets should there be a penalty for wasting the courts time. it is really a no win for everyone concerned. i can get that man a whole case of napkins if he would just come to his senses and stop being a jacka&&.

upon reading the following we should ponder the question of why do we have children, the balance of rights and reasonable expectations: "A New Jersey teenager (age 18) claiming her mother and father tossed her out of their home and cut her off financially is suing them for immediate support, current private-school fees and future college tuition. The parents, meanwhile, say that daughter Rachel Canning, 18, moved out voluntarily after refusing to abide by their rules."

asknot, no... i do not write for The Onion. i did not know it existed until you mentioned it. tiredofit...thank you for the compliment. i have often thought about submitting written satire to appropriate outlets. it seems like something i might enjoy..that is as long as it does not turn into work! so, has anyone other than myself noticed how peaceful the world is at the moment...no transgressions, no fears of financial collapse, no dictorial oppression of people, and no de-fanging of America...boy Obama really did unify the world and make it a safer place. it is good to see our leadership taking the time to make an exercise video while the world crumbles. we must remember to stay fit...if we can then at least one Obama family member can be successful in something...that Obama would be Michelle. i think right about now i can hear the tool of the engraver replacing Baracks name on the nobel peace prize and replacing it with hers!
