Daily breaking news and news the liberal media doesn't want you to know, won't report, or just daily news issues.

Americans for many years have had to rely on left leaning biased news reporting from liberal media such as NBC, ABC, and CBS and the New York Times. As most of these outlets struggle to remain on the air and in print, the new media is flourishing and people are hearing both sides of the issues. This forum will provide people with a place to discuss daily news issues of any kind or discuss articles not printed or aired by the liberal news outlets.

(18May13) "This standard might indeed be a problem for someone who regards junk like Ayn Rand's "Atlas Shrugged" as "classical literature"!"

(28Sept13) "Their ultimate goal is nothing less than the total destruction ("dismantling" via "defunding") of all federal programs (Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, HUD, SNAP, "Head Start", EPA, and of course "Obamacare") initiated during or since the "New Deal" - plus earlier programs like Teddy Roosevelt's Pure Food and Drug Act and Woodrow Wilson's IRS that they say have "interfered" with their Ayn Randian fantasy-ideal of "pure free enterprise.""

Just something humorous I noticed..see if you can guess the author of these snippets:

(28Mar10) "it becomes apparent they get more inspiration from the likes of Ayn Rand (the iconoclastic author of "Atlas Shrugged" and "The Virtue of Selfishness" is a major influence upon today's self-absorbed neocons)"

(17Dec11) "For some, the iconic image of Santa and his sleigh have been replaced this year by a "joyous" vision of the late "Atlas Shrugged" author Ayn Rand driving her fire-belching Mercedes into a crowd of unemployed "Occupy Wall Street" protesters."

(16Nov12) "but by the views of extremist TV/radio demagogues like Glenn Beck, and fringe types like the 1950s atheist writer Ayn Rand (whose silly theories about "makers" vs. "takers" have influenced the "thinking" of many rightwing politicos,"

shroud of undeniable protection been exhibited. the deity which is Obama can do no wrong and shall save them and provide for them in such a glorious manner that we all should kneel in his presence and shower him with exaltations for he is the chosen one in which they give their existence and their future. And they all say Amen. Pass the plate.

thegreek, good morning and thanks for your support. i feel confident in what i posted and have no regrets. i do genuinely like and respect fred. we all make mistakes and misspeak from time to time. sometimes we even slip up and reveal whom we really are or how we think others are. fred misread my call out against classroom sexual abuse as simply a slam against his infallible teachers. i feel confident that he stands with me in opposition to such actions, but he enjoys a good verbal scrap and too often i am happy to oblige. if he took a few moments to read my posts in the comments section of several related stories, he would find that i support our teachers and promote handing them back their classrooms. his protection of our "I don't know President" is not surprising. mockery of all aspects of any political office holder is and has been part-in-parcel of our culture and history. only recently with the election of our first outwardly apparent mixed race President has this shr

I'm surprised a stalwart Obama supporter hasn't accused some racist electrons for infiltrating the cyber highway, rearranging ones and zeros to cause Obama's perfect health care plan to be difficult to navigate and implement.

Yeah, oneill! "Racist electrons", that's the ticket! With your advanced Marshall University education, I'm shocked you hadn't already proposed it.

Does this mean I am a racist for pointing this out?

Michelle O’s college pal given no-bid ACA contract It pays to have friends in high places The Daily Caller reports that Toni Townes-Whitley, a former Princeton classmate of Michelle Obama is a top executive at the company that was gifted with the no-bid contract to build what has become the failed Obamacare/Affordable Care Act (ACA) website. Townes-Whitley is senior vice president at CGI Federal, which constructed the failed $678 million Obamacare enrollment website at Healthcare.gov. CGI Federal is the U.S. arm of a Canadian company. Coincidences abound. Townes-Whitley and her Princeton classmate Michelle Robinson Obama are also both members of the Association of Black Princeton Alumni.

Good luck LTS.. I am on your side with this debate.. You have a near impossible task ahead because your intentions are always being relocated, as is a typical liberal tatic to make themselves appear savy !!!

do you really not consider this a problem? do you classify it the same category as voter fraud...as long as it is minimal, it is not worth your concern. well, facts are sexual abuse by teachers, coaches and administrators is a very real problem. unfortunately your prejudiced and pre-conceived tendancies have shown through to reveal you are exactly whom you accuse others of being. btw...single-spacing was unitentional.

fred, to be clear. i have animals that need fresh water and food. i also clean up their

bedding everyday. i am not certain what your mind told you when i said i needed to tend my

animals. i do it twice a day. if you are too far gone to understand what goes on between

friends that do not see skin color as a barrier then you are truly an isolated individual.

btw, i never asked for your excusal, i simply offered a pre-emptive apology for those that

see things differently. something that in your sometimes vile discussions you sorely lack.

i do not recall mentioning any race, color, nationality, union, non-union or geographic location to identify any particular teacher. i encompassed all teachers. i also noticed that you must not feel that teacher-student sexual abuse is a problem as you clumsily tried to deflect in a non-sensical way on the subject. in case you missed it, the problem applies to"all" teachers and adults in the position of authority in our schools. d

As a matter of the fact, the debate from what you call my side is all about cleaning out the gamers.

Posted 360 days ago.

BeRight

Oneil, if you can tell me the 48 million are folks down on their luck, I can accept the program. It is my unfortunate luck that I do know 4 “folks” who would not work if a job was given to them and are*****bent on gaming the system.

My issue is not and has never been with the people who need help…it is with people I know who abuse the system. There are never enough safe gaurds to protect taxpayer money. I would suspect that there are gamers out there who have already figured out how to beat the Obamacare scheme.

:-) i'll be back later as i have animals to tend. when i return you can lay down on the couch and i'll pull up a chair, then we can chat about all of your little problems.

Fred, 48 million on food stamps is where we are after 5 years of hope and change.

so fred when you feel a classic "rant" mode kicking in, how about sharing your educated rage to spotlight the forgotten children of this sexual abuse at the hands of your venerable and honorable teachers.

before i hang up the keyboard...fred i though it was predictable and very artful the way you threw in the references to gun control in your recent post regarding the subject of teachers. that drum you are beating my require a new head soon. in the meantime, i would like to add another layer to your IHOP Pancake dinner of complaints. i have noticed that although school shooting are a terrible problem, they actually pale in number to a crime committed by your beloved teachers that affect many more people for a longer period of time. the crime is sexual predation by our teachers on the children in their care. either you do not consider this a problem worthy of your skills or MSNBC has not put a lrage enough spotlight on the problem. your underpaid and overworked teachers are abusing their positions of authority with great regularity to mentally and physically abuse their students. one only needs a few miliseconds to pull up hundreds of stories on this subject. so fred, when "rant&qu

do you not enjoy what others may consider off-color jokes with your friends? i can assure you that others joke about you. i say so what....the only downside to the humour we offer is that we are not being compensated financially. its hard to be a true hooker when you are giving it away for free for goodness sake. :-) anyway, for some strange, i and i mean strange reason...i like you fred and in a twisted and sick way i even respect you. cue mental ambulance with court-ordered committment papers. with that said i am sorry that i disappointed you or any other reader. i did point out that the jokes were satire and not meant to be hurtful...my disclaimer if you will. now go scare a few young kids and give 'em some candy you old man.

Happy Halloween to everyone .......and to Fred too. to anwer your question honestly, i had to put in a call to Dave Chappele and the writers at SNL for a ruling. in the meantime,we may simply call it Political humor using a physical attribute. that attribute would be skin color in which you seem to project great pride when demeaning your political opposition. the snot reference is homage to anyone who has come in contact with the slippery substance. naturally messing with a slug will yield a similar substance as well as the result of a successful date...sorry.. getting off subject. i am not sure if the retired or widowed ladies at the local K.K.K. (Karens Knitters Klub) shop would likely get the joke. but then again there might be a few southern female peckerwoods in the group. they do seem to be everywhere! fred, i grew up with southern blacks, it was hard not to in that 45% of the population is black. they are my friends, my neighbors and my fellow southerners. it is our way of life

That's about par for the course with the lengths some women will go to when making their case against their spouse.

I know a woman that claimed she had s-ex with a local judge in order that her abusive ex-husband would receive an extended jail sentence from that jurist for Domestic Abuse.

I believe her.
