Daily breaking news and news the liberal media doesn't want you to know, won't report, or just daily news issues.

Americans for many years have had to rely on left leaning biased news reporting from liberal media such as NBC, ABC, and CBS and the New York Times. As most of these outlets struggle to remain on the air and in print, the new media is flourishing and people are hearing both sides of the issues. This forum will provide people with a place to discuss daily news issues of any kind or discuss articles not printed or aired by the liberal news outlets.

"Phonograph records are more in tune with CD’s or DVD’s."

A simple needle can make a phonograph work. CDs and DVDs..it take a bit more advanced tech. Tech that requires electricity.

R1KRA8- "What you consider ‘knowledge’ others might consider to be subjective myth."

And I would consider them to be grossly ignorant of the worth of such "myth".

Rush Limbaugh just spoke about the job numbers. Seems the states that voted for this liberal help have the minorities suffering the most under poverty levels. Yet they continue to vote democratically.

moderation...i am still rolling on the floor laughing at your response to question #3. i was envisioning you as the Joker in the Dark Knight when he said "do i really look like a guy with a plan!! great scene from a great movie btw. the new Iranian president is still a puppet for the Supreme Leader of Iran. Medevev was the puppet for Putin. Obama is the puppet for ?????...well the jury is still out on that one. even BobDahler doesn't know which master (no racial slam here) he serves. my goodness Kerry sure does have an itchy trigger finger for some reason. i just listened with the puke bucket in my lap to his speech(propaganda) and was not disappointed. a little brown cow from earlier reappeared. sorry for the visuals. we are bound and determined to stick our nose into the hornets nest which is the middle-east. upon further thought, i will say that Obama, Kerry and the rest of the clowns piling out of the circus that is the white houses miniature car more closely resemble the Jok

In response to your first question, I will point to 'tricky dick'. #2-"Half measures avail us nothing", but a surgical strike would have been effective in weakening assad and minimizing the chemical threat. Any action will still result in more foreign fighters in country, and an increased threat to all u.s. interests, short of a vaporization. However, the new iranian president is making himself most visible. #3- huh? I don't have a plan.

"to the flag that you seem to place in such low regard."

Lower regard would be accurate. I consider human life more important than the flag. I consider knowledge more important.

"they both convey an idea,..."

They do but one is a more subjective idea, thought and dream than the other.

"Why did not NASA send all that ‘knowledge’ with Voyager 1 and 2 in the ‘resilient’ form of books?"

They didn't exactly sent it digitally. They sent info more in tune with books (hardcopy) than with our modern day digital tech. Look up Voyager Golden Record.

moderation, from what i understand the dilemma that the U.N. and the world found itself in with Syria is that Syria never agreed or signed on to any anti-chemical weapon treaty up to this point. it was an unenforcable situation under those circumstances. my question posed to you would be: at what length would our government go in reaction to a similar situation here? what would they (the government) do to its citizens? Ruby Ridge and Waco were gnat bites. we may be spanking the wrong team moderation. the eventual strike against Iran could yield a two-fer with Syria if we are patient. half-measures are useless unless failure is the desired outcome. what say ye? what is moderations plan for the middle-east? i will return in a bit as i have to make a bank run.

So, would I be mistaken in my thinking to say that a rough spanking of Syria would fall short of the LTS middle-east doctrine?
