Daily breaking news and news the liberal media doesn't want you to know, won't report, or just daily news issues.

Americans for many years have had to rely on left leaning biased news reporting from liberal media such as NBC, ABC, and CBS and the New York Times. As most of these outlets struggle to remain on the air and in print, the new media is flourishing and people are hearing both sides of the issues. This forum will provide people with a place to discuss daily news issues of any kind or discuss articles not printed or aired by the liberal news outlets.

good morning Shop...i think you have Morris Day and The Time confused with the fictional band in Animal House called "Otis Day and the Knights". youtube "Jungle Love" that should be all of the answer you need or even funk for that matter this morning!

NasCarNut - "but you can't punish those that have changed their lives b/c others didn't..." Oh, really???

How did those policies, that it seems ONLY misguided Liberals bent on changing the political landscape and liberties of America, ever come into being IF we "can't punish" offenders?

Do you really believe McAuliffe isn't looking at his amnesty program solely from the standpoint of political gain for his party and it's ambitions? Meanwhile, in reinventing the legal wheel, he couldn't give two shakes about the negative effect his actions will have on the rest of us.

 "More than 200,000 convicted felons"

who did their time and should have the right to prove they can be law abiding citizens and also have the right to vote...sure some will offend again and be placed back in prison but you can't punish those that have changed their lives b/c others didn't...

A "Tubby" in the hood will soon become slang for two ten dollar rocks.

BumperCarNut - This is one Conservative that's NOT "Freaking Out Over Harriet Tubman Being On The $20 Bill". I think it's HILARIOUS and not a very well-thought strategy out by the Libs.

BTW - Of concern for Gov. Terry McAuliffe (D-VA) approving the restoration of voting rights to "More than 200,000 convicted felons" is, what's the governor's stanch on restoration of gun ownership to those same parolees?

So you give people that carried themselves through life in an irresponsible manner, the ability to vote AGAIN. Then you later propose restrictions on gun ownership of the citizens who've kept their noses clean all of their lives. Which direction do you suppose the newly restored voters will side with, who are not allowed to own guns, when deciding, by vote, future firearms restrictions upon those that have done no wrong?
