Romney said that Israel is an "economic success", and Palestinians are NOT, because of "certain cultural factors" ... To paraphrase what he REALLY said - "Persons of Hebrew extraction are good with money, but Palestinians are too primitive and tribal to succeed in the marketplace!" ... This old belief - that "cultural" or "racial" backgrounds determine ability - went out with Rudyard Kipling's "White Man's Burden" ...
