Will Romney's choice of Paul Ryan as his running-mate insure an Obama victory in November?

Of all the possible VP candidates, Paul Ryan (R-Wisconsin) is the one I would have chosen. The Ayn Rand ideologue appeals to the wingnuts that Romney was losing. But there's a catch! Ryan is the darling of the crazies on the right who want to turn Medicare into a voucher system (when the allotment runs out, you're on your own), let rightwing state legislators decide who will or won't be elgible to receive Medicaid, eliminate all taxes for the super-rich, deregulate oil and coal cororations and let them pollute to their black hearts' content, and gut public-education ... Sounds like a winner - if you're an anarchist who wants to turn the clock back to 1890! This flake is Andy Thompson with a few more brains! Bring it on! This might be fun!
