Are the Romney/Ryan folks lying about the differences between their "plan" for the future of Medicare and that of President Obama?

... Let's cut the crap - i.e. all the silly lying about how President Obama "wants to cut Medicare" - and get to the FACTS ... First (while Romney, as usual is doing a "dressage" dance on this topic) the Mittster has ENDORSED the Ryan Budget Plan! That turgid piece of rightwing "ideology" proposes giving a "voucher" instead of Medicare to persons under 55 when they become 67 (NOT 65) ... Anything the providers charge beyond a certain point (and the Romney/Ryan gang won't say what that "point" is) will NOT be paid by Medicare, but by the patient! Under the Ryan Plan, future seniors will have to pay as much as $6500. or more extra for medical expenses ... Meanwhile, what Obama wants to "cut" is excessive charges by "providers" for sometimes duplicate or unneccssary procedures. Such cuts in profits to medical profiteers would save the program around $600 billion in costs. Those claiming otherwise are serial fibbers!
