What happened to the "Union Influence in Politics" topic?

Even though I initiated it as the debut topic in the Times forums, I'm happy to realize it has been deleted. It died an ugly death long ago, and should have been executed long before it was. I'm curious though... Why? I am unaware of the travesty that occurred that was sufficiently heinous to warrant it's deletion... As compared to the tripe on ALL the other threads that is evident on a daily basis.

“A Right to Work law guarantees that no person can be compelled, as a condition of employment, to join or not to join, nor to pay dues to a labor union. Section 14(b) of the Taft-Hartley Act affirms the right of states to enact Right to Work laws.”

Union Fat Cat stooges like Munster have a hard time when confronted with the truth; it tends to make them look even more foolish and idiotic than normal. The main thing is Munster and others of that ilk have no validity because he has never had a job without union protection and looking at his posts, he needed the union protection. So exactly, why does he think he knows it all? Well he does not. Just a retired DUES EXEMPT know nothing amateur.

Q. How will allowing today’s workers the ‘Freedom to choose whether to participate in a labor organization as a condition of employment’ have an effect on MUNSTER, who is a retired DUES EXEMPT union member?

A. As more and more of today’s workers realize the union fat cats, like the Munsters, are only interested in feathering their own nest will choose to leave those unions with ineffective/corrupt leaders. As this occurs, the union bosses will require all the retired DUES EXEMPT union members to pay compulsory union dues and fees to help alleviate some of the loss revenue and increase dues and fees on existing members.

"Limiting unions will not make workers lives better at all !!" ~ Munster

LEARN: The Workplace Freedom Amendment DOES NOT end unions or forbid any union contract provisions other than forced dues or fees, DOES NOT prevent unions from forming, and DOES NOT prevent anyone from joining a union.

Oh you have lost this argument MunSter when you go that far to lie. Why not let them choose? If you are correct everyone will opt in. If I am correct you will have very little participation. When do superppacs forcibly take money from working folk to give to the RNC????? Now you are just making up things

R1KRA8 why are you stealing my post from PN&S and using them here as if they were your own?

The lack of choice is obvious. Union folks don't all support the Socialist agenda of the DNC but their dues are being used to support it. Let them opt out if they wish. If they support a candidate they can contribute and likewise if not, they can support whom they please.

Once again Munster proving that emotion is not a substitute for reason or intelligence.
