Benghazi

Nothing seems to add up in this Ambassador Stevens murder. Orders to stand down. Poor security on 911. Could Stevens have been sacrified as an eye for an eye for taking out Bin Laden with the Muslim radicals? What do you think?

NasCarNut - From my viewpoint, Obama has never retrenched from portraying what a police officer does as "acting stupidly", even when an officer was defending himself against a thug.

If there wasn't something 'in it' for Obama and his policies, he wouldn't waste his efforts, ie. speaking out with a bias bent, sending WH reps to funerals, etc.

What's IN IT for him to behave that way, NasCar?

and biden was there also...

For the record, it was Bud Light for Obama, Sam Adams Light for Gates, Blue Moon for Crowley and nonalcoholic Buckler for Biden.

the 'beer summit'...

black Harvard professor Henry Louis Gates Jr., white Cambridge, Mass., police Sgt. James Crowley, who had arrested him for disorderly conduct, and Obama, who declared on national TV that the police had "acted stupidly."

OWO...just one example from NBC news:

updated 1/29/2010 5:37:58 PM ET 2010-01-29T22:37:58 Print Font: +-BALTIMORE — In a remarkably sharp face-to-face confrontation, President Barack Obama chastised Republican lawmakers Friday for opposing him on taxes, health care and the economic stimulus, while they accused him in turn of brushing off their ideas and driving up the national debt.

The president and GOP House members took turns questioning and sometimes lecturing each other for more than hour at a Republican gathering in Baltimore. The Republicans agreed to let TV cameras inside, resulting in an extended, point-by-point interchange that was almost unprecedented in U.S. politics, except perhaps during presidential debates.

"And just how do you know this abby ? Was there a recording or television camera there ? And yet youre so very sure of the events ." ~ OHWISEONE

Well, OHWISEONE, if there wasn't a TV camera there, shouldn't there have been? I seem to recall a certain less-than-vetted candidate promising the most "open and transparent" presidential administration ever, with the American public sitting in to watch important decision making on C-SPAN. I wonder when he'll start doing so?

OWO...as you have professed in the past...when you are the boss or in the majority...does it really matter what the opposition thinks? no it doesn't.

yes there were television cameras there while he lectured those that sat 'round the table. i am certain you can obtain the video on youtube. interviews with the participants, especially the opposing party, afterwards also indicated my post.

Yet you'll believe "mission accomplished " !!!! Really ?

"What if it was a real attempt to get things done ?......good morning OWO....we can play the "WHAT IF"" game if you wish...but i beg to differ. the President has a bad habit of lecturing the opposition rather than trying to build a concensus...at least that is how it appeared on the surface in his initial meetings which i am certain continued on. how can we forget the infamous.."BEER SUMMIT". thats your boys way of approaching reality...have a beer...smoke a blunt and break out the dice and everything will be nice. a look at the world at the moment reveals a mess...one that "HE" has a hand in creating. i know you are delusional if you can't see it. if it isn't our job to fix then whose is it? are you learning a new language yet? que pasa amigo?

I believe we are well aware of slinky's/ohwiseone's tactic of slandering the message by attacking the messenger.

However, I also believe that, if Obama f-arted, the slinkster would respond with, "Did you hear that brilliant comment the President made?"

BTW Slinkyman, you don't have the intellectual reach to touch any of my nerves.

immediately enacted. the impasse occurs when strong oppostion presents itself. i think you will agree that there are some issues where there is no possible compromise. those will be as contentious today as they were in t he past and well into the future. it is my opinion that the peoples speech was not the only thing confounded during the Tower of Babel incident. anyway, i had better get busy...enjoy your day.

"Pray tell then minions , just why did Obama invite the republicant leaders to the whitehouse to try and get them to help out with all the problems left by Dubya ?".....TOKEN POLITICS. good morning OWO...what's shaking partner? i think Barry took burying the hatchet a bit too far. he buried into the American people's head. i think that many like you may read more into BHO two-presidency as majority support for his platform...especially in the first win. the second win was interesting in that although his crowning achievement in his mind must have been the ACA, which could not pass on it's own but instead was passed as a "TAX" as determined by the court. legal but shady move on the democrats and administrations part. kudos on using the system for an unintended purpose and for selling a pig-in-a-poke in many aspects. i agree with the not working together part. my thought regarding that is that there are so many things that both sides agree on that should be immediat

Touched a nerve eh ? Well the truth has that effect on the weak minded and indoctrinated ! Pray tell then minions , just why did Obama invite the republicant leaders to the whitehouse to try and get them to help out with all the problems left by Dubya ? And conect "the Examiner published a daily tabloid-sized newspaper, distributed free throughout the Washington, D.C. metro area, largely focused on local news and conservative commentary" WIKI . so yeah , just what one would expect !
