Well, I'm not sure what a "finale arbiter" is, I never said we had a right to unfettered access to destructive devices. But we do have a way to own such things if we go through the hoops to do so, that argument flies in the face of what they are trying to do with semi-auto rifles and magazine capicity. And, these type firearms are "in common use." The Supreme Court found that Washington DC could not ban "firearms in common use." Since the 2nd amendment prohibits the Federal government from infringing on the right of the people to keep and bear arms, any such Federal prohibition is unconstitutional.If a state seeks to ban firearms "in common use"n they're treading on violating the law, as defined, by the Supreme Court. If states can't infringe on the right to obtain an abortion on demand, because the court found that abortion was protected under the constitution, they sure shouldn't be allowed to infringe on law abiding gun owners.

Over the weekend, we came four votes away from the United States Senate giving our Constitutional rights over to the United Nations. In a 53-46 vote, the senate narrowly passed a measure that will stop the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty. The Statement of Purpose from the bill read: To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty. The U.N. Small Arms Treaty, which has been championed by the Obama Administration, would have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of small firearms. The ban would have affected all private gun owners in the U.S., and had language that would have implemented an international gun registry on all private guns and ammo. Astonishingly, 46 of our United States Senators were willing to give away our Constitutional rights to a foreign power. Here are the 46 senators that voted to give your rights to the U.N. Where would you get ammo for a 105 mom gun? Beats me, I don't own one, so I rarely have a need to buy it. It's clearly available to those who hold the proper licenses for destructive devices. Check out "Son's Of Guns" on Discovery Channel on Friday nights. They seem to be able to find a source for some really arcane firearm ammo. They use the 105 mom Recoilless Rifle for avalanche prevention, they fire high up on mountain slopes to get the snow to fall away under controlled circumstances.

You likely ain't gonna find it at gun shows, or your local gun, ammo and bait store.
