Funny, the prosecutor said he had 3 magazines, it's the claim of the anti-gun crowd dancing in these children's blood who NOW say he had 8. I'm thinking perhaps more truth comes from the authorities who had access to the evidence itself than the claims of a group seeking to ban firearms.

You speak of the success anti-gun legislation has achieved with the vote on Thursday. You do realize that was only a vote to bring the bill, yet to be defined, to the floor for debate? And even some Senators who voted to allow it to come to the floor are sure votes, because they have yet to see exactly what the measure says.

Oh, and for it to go to Obama's desk, such a piece of legislation needs to be approved by the House as well.

What oneill and Munster fail to comprehend is that the topic of gun-related-violence in America should NOT be a parlor game of name-calling and insults!

The "gig" is up! I could not care less about childish name-calling and insults of the moron you call "1ill"! If YOU paid him less attention, he might go play elsewhere!

Yeah, oneill - I'm pretty suspicious of the opinions of ANY man that would push for alterations of 1 tenth of The Bill of Rights, "on a state-by-state basis". It might suggest him having some desire to twist portions of the remaining 90% of THAT document also.

These "state-by-state" usurpations of our rights will certainly give the SCOTUS some dilemmas to entertain in the coming years.

But EVEN YOU, as a has-been teacher of history, SHOULD know that.
