Wow isn’t hindsight wonderful: It will be found that Obama abandoning Iraq will go down as one of the biggest blunders ever committed by a president. Allowing the rise of ISIS in the vacuum created by Obama, against the advice of all his military advisors, simply because he wanted to keep a political promise to donors has already cost thousands of lives and will cost hundreds of thousands more when he allows Iran to go nuke. He has squandered every dime spent on the Iraq war and wasted ever life of every service man and woman who died there.

Wow isnt hindsight wonderful ! Just like that republipervert Hasert , look back and see what could have been done eh ? Obama didnt start this war on lies and mis-leading information now did he ? And just maybe if he hade some help instead of total obstruction things might have been different ! But you goofballs agree that screwing the american people for 7 years is the right thing to do ! Now that speaks volumes !

“It’s harder to end a war than begin one. Indeed, everything that American troops have done in Iraq -– all the fighting and all the dying, the bleeding and the building, and the training and the partnering -– all of it has led to this moment of success. Now, Iraq is not a perfect place. It has many challenges ahead. But we’re leaving behind a sovereign, stable and self-reliant Iraq, with a representative government that was elected by its people. We’re building a new partnership between our nations.

“This is an extraordinary achievement, nearly nine years in the making.”

That is not Bush announcing the Iraq War a success or mission accomplished, that is President Obama … just before he lost the war in an election year gambit by removing all of our troops, including the kind of stabilizing forces we still have in other countries like Korea and Japan.

Americans now have a more favorable view of former President George W. Bush than they do of President Barack Obama. It is the first time in more than a decade that Americans have expressed a favorable view of Bush, at least according to a new CNN/ORC poll released Wednesday.

QUOTED FROM OHWISEONE; "Well in the service its called insubordination ! Whether you agree with the orders or not , your a serviceman and your job is to follow them without question !"

WOW! I can name a few dead swastika-wearing individuals that didn't miss their date with the Hangman by trying that line.

With his affinity for circumnavigating the US Constitution, Obama should wish he had a cadre of the military robots like you envision.

He would not have had to do that with Bush. He would have listened and heeded his advice instead of blowing him off like Obsama

Teapartier

Refusing a direct order is insubordination OWO. Not publicly speaking your opinion about a military issue. Not a good idea in the military but not insubordination. A military person still has freedom of speech..

McChrystal was correct about Obama and Biden.

Beright sometimes a person has to stand up for their beliefs even if it costs them their jobs. If a person has had a good career and can afford to lose said job then I say go for it, make a point and be done with it. McChrystal probably had enough of the idiots in DC telling he wasnt seeing what he was seeing or needing over there.

A guess that swearing to "protect and defend the United States Constitution against ALL enemies, foreign and domestic" doesn't quite have the juice it once had?

McChrystal was known for saying and thinking what other military leaders were afraid to. Following unflattering remarks about Vice President Joe Biden and other administration officials attributed to McChrystal and his aides in a Rolling Stone article,[9] McChrystal was recalled to Washington, D.C., where President Barack Obama accepted his resignation as commander in Afghanistan. It is OK to think your boss is a jerk but don’t say it out loud.
