ns try to to cheat so many things in life from death to taxes...but it appears the one thing that we fail to realize is that we cheat the freedom to succeed as well as to fail as many times as we like according to our individual circumstances. envy and anger seems to cloud the beauty and simplicity of the arrangement.
then why do rich districts always do better than poor districts:
Perhaps Better parenting, better roles models, two parent families, involved fathers
OWO...." entitlement mentality".. what is to prove. if you interchange and blur the line between entitlements and rights as many legislators do, you would readily see...as you really do... that the mentality does exist. exactly how much???? who knows.... but you simply can't ignore its existence.
The Republicans voted numerous times in the house to repeal Obamacare.
Maybe if Harry let it get voted on in the Senate just single one time, we could have moved on.
"You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich. You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong. You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift. You cannot lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down. You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred. You cannot build character and courage by taking away people's initiative and independence. You cannot help people permanently by doing for them, what they could and should do for themselves." Abraham Lincoln
So, governor christy vetoes a law to cover his azz...anyone surprised??...
If money doesn't solve a problem, then why do rich districts always do better than poor districts??...
It seems repubs have no problem throwing hundreds of billions of dollars each year at the bloated military industrial complex and billions more to corporations in the form of tax breaks...
Please prove your " entitlement mentality" !
How many more millions do you spend in Baltimore and still have a 50% dropout rate?
You have to change the entitlement mentality. You don't do that by providing more money.
What happens when those cops are found not guilty?
The trials will not be in Baltimore. There is not enough evidence.
Are you two really so blind to the fact that both sides spend like theres no tomorrow !
Obama care comes to mind also.
Well said Beright.
Democrat Policies: throw good money after bad…………to waste additional money after wasting money once…..Waste more money in hopes of recouping previous losses…………………..to spend more and more money on something that will never be successful………………to spend more money on something that has already failed
Gotta luv these brainwashed minions ! Look , someone shoplifted a candy bar from the 7-11 , well heII , its Obamas fault !What a load !
A "fellow" in NYC pulled a stolen pistol and shot a cop in the face and he just died. The 3rd in 5 months there and the media is not even saying what color they were. That is welcome to Obamaland. BIASED news media and all.
Sandtown: More than half of the people (ages 16-64) in this area are unemployed.
In 2012, 49% of its high school students were "chronically absent," 61% of the population 25 and older lacked a high school degree, and a third of this community's houses were vacant.
Even more disturbing, it has more people in Maryland's prison system than any other community in the state.
This is after sending billions of dollars to the City of Baltimore to “FIX IT”. Now Democrats are saying the way to fix the problems is MORE MONEY. Jesse Jackson was going to go in and organize the workers into Unions. There aren't any workers but there are plenty of checks.
Welcome to Obamaland.
Like I said Warren and Hillary have said basically the same thing and BHO said people did not earn their small businesses.
Senator Bernie Sanders, who announced that he's running as a Democrat for president, joined Wolf Blitzer on CNN and reiterated his hatred for all things Citizens United. Wolf asked him if he would take money from a billionaire looking to support him and he vehemently said no. He then made a statement that we are see playing out right in front of us with Republican billionaires picking their politicians (Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio) to run for the presidency. It's been very off putting and disgusting to see these wealthy people pervert the democratic process. Wolf: If there's a billionaire out there who wants to give you a ton of money, is that OK? Bernie: I doubt that there is. I' m not going to do a Super PAC, I'm not supportive of Super Pac Frankly it is vulgar to me that we're having a war of billionaires. People did not fight and die to create a democratic system where it's a war between billionaires. 4-30-15
I'm pretty sure there were enough people who are not democrats working for the city !
