Obamacare is not "FREE" health care

People have finally realized that the word “free” is nowhere to be found in Obamacare’s “ Affordable Health Care Act”. Coverage under President Barack Obama's health care law won't be cheap. A study released Thursday by the nonprofit Kaiser Family Foundation found that government tax credits would lower the sticker price on a benchmark "silver" policy to a little over $190 a month for single people making about $29,000, regardless of their age. For uninsured people who are paying nothing today, this is still a big cost that they're expected to fit into their budgets.

Good lord Fred you brought a whole army of straw men with you. I have noticed something about you Fred. You are not clever in a debate. You have to try to frame someone to fit your argument rather than fit your argument to the topic. It just shows you just not very clever or just getting a little slow perhaps. I suppose that is why you make so many false accusations and false associations.

Throughout the Obamacare debate, President Obama repeatedly promised, “If you like your health care plan, you can keep your health care plan.” Now, Gallup reports that from the first quarter of 2010 (when Obama signed Obamacare into law) to the third quarter of this year, 2 percent of American adults lost their employer sponsored health insurance. In other words, about 4.5 million Americans lost their employer-sponsored insurance over a span of just 18 months

THERE YA GO MUNSTER is the CBO a right wing site?

At the time when President Obama signed Obamacare into law — two years ago today — the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) projected that Obamacare would cost 3 million people their employer-sponsored health insurance by the end of this decade. Seemingly in commemoration of Obamacare’s anniversary, the CBO has now released a new report in which it has increased that tally by another 2 million. So now, 5 million people are projected to lose their employer-sponsored insurance, courtesy of Obamacare, by the end of 2019.

BobBarker, anyone whose plan did not meet the requirements were cancelled. perhaps you could research and give us the correct numbers of all that had to change policies due to the new law.

actually fred...you are correct about one thing. i and my family have an excellent insurance plan that we pay dearly for...as do our employees. our tax-exempt beneflex program was cut by about 50% which affects quite a few folks of all income levels. i assume you are familiar with the program....if not then i will fill you in.

full/subsidized price is unavailable for some strange reason(embarassment maybe???) either way i defy you to show where i mentioned race or gender as a negative in my discussions of Obamacare. if not then retract your last statement when you lumped me into your false claim.

do was pay their own childrens premiums instead of having everyone else pay for them. you do realize that the program is no where near filled with the target people in which to attempt to make it solvent. they are too smart to pay full price when they can get it on the cheap and on the backs of those that are paying full price now for their insurance. you also realize the tax-free health savings account was cut almost in half which affected many of the people you are claiming getting such a great benefit. fred...give me a little credit...things are not beyond me as much as you might think. other than signing up for your subsidized healthcare, you should have very little concern..whereas those of us that employ people have to know the less desirable aspects of the law...you do not and probably nor do you care. of those 9 million, 2/3 are eligible for medicaid with the balance signing up for private insurance. the information concerning whether they are simply paying the penalty or the

fred...seriously...are you really trying to tell me that all that have "chipped" in as you say have paid for the extensive care that they may recieve from any governemnt program. the insurance companies charge higher risk folks more as they should pay more. thats the rub with Obamacare. the healthy are expected to prop up the elderly and the unhealthy. i would venture to guess that one intricate surgery would wipe out the contributions that many have paid into any governemnt system. the ponzi scheme that is many of the assitance and support systems which you tout depend heavily on "so-called" tax support for its lenient contributors support. those such as yourself that have been fortunate or ornery enough to have lived as long as you have may wish to add up all that you have paid in and compare it at the end of your life. i have the suspicion that you will be in arrears. guess what fred...parents could insure their kids until they died beforehand. all they had to d
