Obamacare is not "FREE" health care

People have finally realized that the word “free” is nowhere to be found in Obamacare’s “ Affordable Health Care Act”. Coverage under President Barack Obama's health care law won't be cheap. A study released Thursday by the nonprofit Kaiser Family Foundation found that government tax credits would lower the sticker price on a benchmark "silver" policy to a little over $190 a month for single people making about $29,000, regardless of their age. For uninsured people who are paying nothing today, this is still a big cost that they're expected to fit into their budgets.

BobBarker: Please don't forget to have yourself spayed or neutered as your namesake always reminded everyone. Stop the spread of Liberalism through abortion and birth control. Practice what you preach and doom yourselves to extinction. Without the illegal aliens being allowed to become citizens your party would self destruct within a few generations. Your party has used and abused the blacks for so long you have to incorporate new members with the pledge of Free Stuff. "Who is in the majority doofus ??? NOT YOU !!!!" Not you either.

BobBarker you have a very skewed view of compromise. why in the world do you expect the republicans to "fix" obamacare??? the democrats can't even do that. the President is dictating the changes that seemingly make a bad bit of legislation better...but unfortunately..even your-do-no wrong Obama can't fix the train wreck that your party shoved down the american peoples throat. btw...according to the national enquirer, queen michelle is planning her own Obama Presidency exit strategy. either way the law screwed the pooch right out of the gate and how you or anyone else can defend it is beyond me. if you personally paid for your own insurance you would see some of the subtle hardships that the law places on your everyday working person.

i agree...but when ones stands at a podium and repeatedly says "I" when stating a policy change or promise....one must be assigned the glory or the blame depending on the outcome of said proclamation. without a doubt he and the democratic leadership imposed upon the american people an inferior product. period.

let me clarify....a natural born he at that. regarding the ACA...do you not think that president Obama has taken his "signature" legislation a little to personal in the way in which he is non-chalantly with a decree here and a decree there simply delaying or modifing parts that are not politically or feasibly beneficial to him at a particular time? i thought the show "Father Knows Best" went off the air years ago. it seems we have a new version called "Mac-Daddy Knows Best". is it not troubling to have one person making those seemingly uncontested decisions that will affect so many in our "representative" form of government?

How much would Tort reform eventually help reduce those costs?

He is an example of the 5% that Obamacare is meant to serve at the expense of the other 95%. Good for him. I will continue to work and help him out.

When the law is fully implemented, 30 million Americans will not have coverage under Obamacare.

Lots of peopel are signing up but......What the administration is withholding here are the demographics—age, distribution, and more,You have to wonder why they are keeping that a secret. If these numbers were telling a good story, they would publish them and make them widely available.

What’s more, it’s unclear how many of these 1.1 million people have actually paid for their plans, which is the standard insurance industry definition of enrollment. HHS is counting people as enrolled even if they have not necessarily paid for their first month’s premiums.

BeRight

Reports on TV today say that of all the people reported to have "signed up" for Obamacare, only 15 % have actually paid their first month premium which means come Jan 1 they will still be without health insurance.
