Why are Ohio Citizens tolerating a violation of the Ohio Constitution? The ACA Obamacare is that violation.

This is Ohio Law. Why is it not enforced? "1.21 - Preservation of the freedom to choose health care and health care coverage ***********legislature.state.oh.us/constitution.cfm?Part=1&Section=21 (A) No federal, state, or local law or rule shall compel, directly or indirectly, any person, employer, or health care provider to participate in a health care system. (B) No federal, state, or local law or rule shall prohibit the purchase or sale of health care or health insurance. (2) "Health care system" means any public or private entity or program whose function or purpose includes the management of, processing of, enrollment of individuals for, or payment for, in full ..."

fred, thanks for the happy st. patrick's day to you as well. yes we celebrate and no one around here would be caught without having a bit o' the green somewhere adorning them. i am more of a Johnnie Walker Black man and it is a bit early under normal circumstances. however, a****prior to an early round o' golf has occurred on many an occasion. there are some here that exhibit the fact that they have never heard of Jenny Craig. use of the Interstate Commerce Clause was a rather under-handed and sleazy way in which to ram it into law...but they did it.

"If the American people come to recognize that the financial crisis was caused by the housing policies of their own government—rather than insufficient regulation or the inherent instability of the U.S. financial system—Dodd- Frank will be seen as an illegitimate response to the crisis. Only then will it be possible to repeal or substantially modify this repressive law."

Look up the FACTS of the current implosion which started with a Democrat Dream, the Community Reinvestment Act, (opposed by G.W. Bush - on the record). Read it in IMPRIMUS. A publication from Hil***ale College, not some leftist net-yahoo in his mommy's basement.

My sheriff and my Governor are elected to protect my rights, even from a Federal President or Congress which acts outside the Constitution. We remain in the Nation at our pleasure. We have the right to nullify bad laws. We have the right to secede if the Feds totally usurp and abuse power. That "Fed law trump card" is a Joker in the wrong, corrupt hand!

BobBarker...so what...address the "weed" conundrum. the fed's choose not to enforce the law. that is what i said.

And then the DEMOCRATS bought into that and passed stupid laws to see whats in them and blame all the patriots for being the cause of all the problems !!

For 250 years the USA was the best country in the world until some selfish, tax grabbing, "the gov owes ME everything" groups started demanding these laws be passed to COLLAPSE our economy.. The founding fathers would be encouraging us to take up arms against the machine if they were walking the earth today !!!
