Are the endless protestations and denials put forth in these forums by local right-wingers reflective of the inability of right-wing Republicans to find a viable (or sane) candidate to oppose Obama in 2012?

Is it "guilt by association"? Are local reactionaries simply reprocessing the fibs & flaws of the high-profile participants in what has become an embarrassing nationwide "freak show" for Republicans? What do "undecided" voters see when they look at the G.O.P. field? After the flamboyant departures of "flavor-of-the-weak" non-candidates like Palin, Huckabee, Trump, & Cain, the "right" is left with a disgraced "motivational" Speaker who is also a fat-cat lobbyist, liar, and philanderer; a stuff-shirt 1%er who would "flip-flop" any which way to get votes; a brain-dead Texas Governor who giggles a lot at his own unfunny jokes; TWO truth-challenged hypocrites; a "proud anarchist"; and President Obama's former Ambassador to China (who is unelectable because he might be the only sane G.O.P. candidate)!
