The Washington County Fair Board has not been given the right to discriminate and this group does have the right to equally participate in a community event. The WCFB does have the right to limit what each participant does in a parade. If they deney one participant the opportunity to pass out literature, then ALL groups must be denied. Think of how many tress we'd save. Neighbors for Clean Air can get their message across in a more cretive text. For example: walking w/ t-shirts sending their message; passing out hot dogs and the wrapper being their literature; facial masks with the words "I need cleaner air"; etc...let's be fair and let's be crative!
