Yes I think they should pass some type of regulation concerning cell phone use while driving. Have you ever paid attention to the cars coming toward you on front street? I have, (I have not done a study)and out of the 57 cars over three trips down the street 28 people were using cell phones and 20 were females. I don't want you to think I'm picking on females, becouse I'm not but I wonder how many of them were just chatting to be chatting. Maybe these people don't have land lines or it was just that important that they could'nt wait to get home. Please....To all the people who are out there driving and chatting. Watch out for us folks who have to watch out for you.

Yes, there should be a ban on using cell phones while driving. I travel a lot in a tri-state area. When I have to use the cell phone, I pull off unless it is an emergency such as seeing someone in need of immediate aid. I have almost been in accidents with people who are focused on their cell phones instead of the traffic. Driving today is stressful enough without added distractions. Get safely off the highway or wherever you are when you feel the need to talk to someone. Those few minutes may save you life and others.
