How much of a market exists in Marietta for mobile food vendors?

  1. Not much of a market
  2. Some basic menu items might be a hit
  3. Some ethnic menu items might be welcomed
  4. Undecided

asknot you said that right. We need a more variety of foods around this area. And these mobile food vendors could offer a variety of GOOD fresh ethnic foods and I beleive one could make money doing it.

I think the market does exist for mobile food vendors and it would be a good thing.

You would be surprised how much money one can make doing this if they have good food. My brother in law sells produce down in Florida and averages $800 to $1200 a day. There is a lot more than "pocket change" to be made here.

The demographics do not support this business. Nobody in their right mind would attempt such a venture and expect to make a decent living.

I know they would be a hit at the college and large places of employment where there were only 30 minute lunches. If they had a rotating schedule one would do fine.

Nice thought but don't expect overnight riches. Maybe some extra pocket change for enterprising entrepreneurs.
