Winans-Morgan

Brittany Marie Winans and Andrew Tyler Morgan were married in a double ring ceremony on July 3 at a private residence.

The bride is the daughter of Terry Winans and Bill Winans of Parkersburg and granddaughter of Carolyn Winans the late Ronald Winans of Belleville.

The bridegroom is the son of Sherri and John Morgan of Parkersburg and grandson of Ella Mae and Jerry Caplinger.

The wedding was officiated by the bridegroom’s grandfather, Jerry Caplinger. Bill Winans escorted the bride down the aisle and gave her away along with her mother.

The bride’s gown was an ivory strapless vintage tea length with floral embellishments. Pearl cluster earrings were worn with a matching pin on the dress. She carried a simple bouquet of sunflowers wrapped in navy ribbon.

The reception was also held at the private residence. The couple held a dessert bar with a personal cheese cake.

The bride is a 2010 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and is currently enrolled at West Virginia University at Parkersburg. She is in the elementary education program but currently works at Parkersburg Cardiology Associates.

The bridegroom is a 2004 graduate of Parkersburg South High School. He graduated from West Virginia University in 2008 with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology. He graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic in 2012 with his doctorate. He is currently employed at Results Chiropractic in Barlow.

The newlyweds took a 10 day roadtrip visiting Arizona, Utah, Nevada, and California.

They currently reside in South Parkersburg.
