Gresham-Ormiston

Emily Kathleen Gresham and David William Ormiston of Clearwater, Fla. were married June 7, 2014 at a sunset ceremony at the Sand Key Park in Clearwater, Fla. Father Richard White officated at the ceremony. Guests arrived to the sunset ceremony to music peformed by DeLeon Entertainment Band and the bride was escorted by her father to the special music.

The matron of honor was Christie Grove, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Debbie Pauley and Valarie Evering. The flower girl was Sophia Grove, niece of the bride.

The best man was Darren Tallman from Parkersburg. W.Va. and groomsmen were Doug Bevis and Mark Howe of Clearwater, Fla. Landon Grove, nephew of the bride, was the ring bearer. Bryer and Kaden Robertson, nephews of the bridegroom from Fleming, Ohio carried a welcoming sign. The sun was setting as the ceremony concluded.

The bridal party and guests were returned by trollies to the Marriott Sand Key Hotel for cocktails, dinner and dancing to music by DeLeon. The ballroom was decorated with fresh roses and flowers in the wedding colors of corral and teal arranged in tall glass vases on each table.

The bride is the daughter of Virgyle and Kathy Hougendobler of Huntington, Ind. and is a graduate of Marion High School and also a gratuate of Bauder College of Atlantic, Ga. She is a model.

The bridegroom is a son of William and Shirley Ormiston of Belpre, Ohio. He is a graduate of Lewiston-Porter High School in Youngstown, N.Y. He is a graduate of West Virginia University and also obtained his masters in accounting of South Florida University and is owner of a CPA accounting firm in Palm Harbor, Fla.

After a honeymoon on the Oasis of the Seas they resode in Clearwater.

Guests were presnt from Fleming, Belpre, Akron, Columbus, and Cincinnati, Ohio; Marion, Fort Wayne and Huntington, Ind.; Atlantic, Ga.; Newport Beach, Cal.; Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and Oldsmar, Palm Harbor, Clearwater, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Cooper City, Fla.
